A warming, soothing and uplifting oil. Some women find it particularly useful during their menstrual periods. Ideal for mature skin and is an excellent nerve tonic.

Mixes well with Nutmeg.

Avoid if pregnant. Highly sedative, so take care if driving or needing to concentrate.
