INGREDIENTS FOR CHITOSAN COMPLEX CAPSULES:
Chitosan Powder, Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine)], Anti-caking Agent (veg. magnesium stearate), Gymnaema Sylvestre Extract, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Chromium (chromium picolinate).
Recommended daily intake
Adults and children over 16 years of age, two capsules three times a day, preferably before meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
