Recommended Daily Intake For SleepAid Tablets is as follows :For oral use. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew. Adults and the elderly: 2 tablets 1 hour before you go to bed. Not recommended for children. Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms worsen or persist consult your doctor or pharmacist. WARNINGS: These tablets may cause drowsiness which can persist into the following day. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcoholic drink. Calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460), maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E464), polyethylene glycol, iron oxides (E172), titanium dioxide (E171).
